HEREFORD United have responded to complaints by a few season-ticket holders about admission to the Wolves game.
In a statement issued this week the club point out that season tickets were advertised to cover 21 league matches, and that obviously excluded FA Cup, FA Trophy, LDV Trophy and friendly matches.
"All cup matches and some of our friendly matches are shared gates, split 50-50 after match expenses," say the club.
This meant paying half of admissions to the opposition, irrespective of whether spectators were season-ticket holders.
"We believe our season-ticket prices are amongst the cheapest in the Conference if the 10 per cent purchase discount scheme is used," say the club in their statement.
