FORMER Hereford United manager Colin Addison acknowledges that he always receives a warm welcome when he returns to Edgar Street, but he was recently put out by the reaction of a very small minority of supporters.
Now manager of Forest Green, he said, after a crowd of 3,271 watched the 1-1 draw at Hereford at the end of the year: "Unfortunately, half a dozen supporters decided to have a go at me.
"That was not nice considering how I helped build the club in the past," added the man who was player-manager of the FA Cup giant-killing team of the 1970s and led the team to Football League status and further success.
