Hereford United have signed 21-year-old striker Chukki Eribenne on a month's loan from Third Division AFC Bourne-mouth.
The former Coventry City trainee made his United debut against Halifax Town and he has been given the all clear by Bournemouth to appear in Hereford's FA Cup tie with Arlesey Town this Saturday.
Eribenne has struggled to maintain a first-team place at Bournemouth since joining the club more than two years ago and his contract expires at the end of the season.
The forward celebrated his Football League debut at Bristol Rovers in August 2000 with a stunning equalising goal, but he has not since found the net at senior level.
Eribenne has made 41 Football League appearances for the Dean Court outfit, including 29 as a substitute, and he played a part in all three goals in Bournemouth's 3-1 win over Carlisle at the end of September.
The London-born forward has scored regularly for Bournemouth's reserve team and the chance of first-team action at Edgar Street should lift his confidence.
