Hereford United will be bidding to improve their poor home record by securing two victories at Edgar Street in the space of four days.
First, the Bulls host newly-relegated Halifax Town in the Nationwide Conference this Saturday.
And then they will be aiming to topple Second Division outfit Northampton Town from the LDV Vans Trophy in the first round on Tuesday.
But the task will not be easy for Hereford who have collected only eight points from a possible 21 on home soil this season.
Hereford boss Graham Turner said: "We need the boost of achieving a home win. We are creating chances and we need to start putting them away."
Midfielder Ben Smith is in contention for a place after recovering from a dislocated shoulder, while there is a doubt over Steve Guinan, who jarred his knee against Northwich. Captain Ian Wright will be missing, leaving Richard Teesdale in line for a recall, and striker John Grant (fractured fibula) is unavailable for another two to three weeks.
