LEDBURY first division skittles team The Wallbangers took first prize when they visited Torquay on their annual skittles weekend.
Playing against teams from Gloucester, Bristol, Penarth and Ross-on-Wye, The Wallbangers won their three group games scoring 381, 374 and 377, to progress to the final where they defeated Ross Bowling Club by a score of 381-354.
Top scorers were John Eversham 49 and Pete Awford 50.
Entries are still being taken, until April 12, for the men's, ladies' and mixed Blackthorn British Skittles Championships.
