HEREFORDSHIRE Active Retirement Association (HARA) is what is says, it is a very active retirement association.

During the past two or three months, the Theatre Group have been very active with various shows to Malvern Theatre and to the Hippodrome at Birmingham, with also the ever-popular Ice Show in Cardiff, and has many good shows coming up through to September in Malvern, and also almost at the end of the current programme the very highly-recommended Starlight Express again in Birmingham. Again we will be doing our overnight trip to London, mainly to see Woman in White and a visit to Greenwich Observatory and the Maritime Museum for the Bicentennary Exhibition celebrating the Battle of Trafalgar.

The following day trips have also been arranged with a visit to Moreton Hall Garden Centre and Nantwich, Warwick Castle, Bletchley Park (the home of the wartime Enigma Code Machine), Longleat House and Park and St Fagans Living Welsh Museum.

A cream tea has been arranged at Warners, Holme Lacey to coincide when the Rhododendrons will be in full bloom.
