A PERSONAL trainer has won the Best of Hereford health and beauty award for 2009.

The award for Ged Musto from Leominster follows national publicity after his comments about Victoria Beckham’s figure in The Sun.

He has also featured in Closer magazine and secured a large number of votes from his clients to win the award.

“I am over the moon to win such a big award. I am hoping that this, along with the recent national and international media releases and the worldwide recognition I have been getting, will propel me to do articles for health and fitness magazines and gain some media work,” said Ged.

“A massive thanks to one and all who voted for me – part of the award is purely down to my clients.

“The crux of a great business is the chemistry formed between the personal trainer and the client, and winning this prestigious award is testament to this.

Ged has previously hit the headlines after successfully completing feats of endurance and stamina.

This year he has gained an adult teaching qualification at the University of Wales.
