TEAM Teke held its inaugural breed show for Akhal-Teke horses at the Three Counties Show-ground, over three days, when a select group of pure and part-bred horses competed in seven classes, in-hand and ridden.
Winners were: Pure-bred under 4, Djargalan (Kyzyl Akhal-Tekes); Part-bred under 4, Lale (Jenny Barnes); Pure-bred 4 and over: Dominik (Aylesbury Vale Akhal-Tekes); Part-bred 4 and over, and part-bred ridden: Kyzyl Moonraker (Lizzie Nicholl); Pure-bred ridden, and dressage prelim 18, Tedzhen (Kyzyl Akhal-Tekes).
