A HEREFORD man threw a buggy at his partner following a drunken row on New Year’s Eve.
Peter Lamb, aged 31, of Rogers Avenue, Hunderton, had a troubled relationship with his partner, Hereford Magistrates were told.
Lamb received a two-year supervision order after admitting common assault on December 31.
Sally Hewitt, prosecuting, said Lamb drank 14 bottles and seven cans of lager before the argument. She said the partner suffered no injuries, and was willing to forgive Lamb.
Michael Walker, defending, said Lamb had no recollection of the incident but was learning to control his temper.
Magistrates also ordered Lamb to attend a domestic abuse programme.
