PARISIONERS near Hay-on-Wye are asking residents to show their support on Saturday for a new village hall currently being built in Cusop.
Members of the Parochial Church Council have organised a coffee morning to raise funds for the new building - the total cost of which is still to be met.
Work on the long-awaited facility finally began in January thanks to the generosity of residents who donated more than £30,000 to the cause during a 12-year fundraising effort.
Refreshments will be served at St John’s Room in Hay on Saturday (April 18) from 10am onwards.
