A LEOMINSTER charity’s new service development manager is promising a new range of activities for the over 50s.
Helen Clarke has stepped into the newly-created role after 12 years at Age Concern Leominster and District.
Active Ageing, a national campaign being run by Age Concern, will form the cornerstone of Helen’s new role.
Cookery courses, walking groups and pilates are already planned for the autumn, as well as a continuation of current computer courses and one to one ‘silver surfer’ classes.
Anyone with ideas for future activities or if you would like to volunteer drop into Age Concern’s office in West Street, Leominster, or call 01568 611054.
