OPEN GARDENS - The first Llangarron open gardens was held on Sunday, May 18, and was a resounding success. Fourteen gardens were open, providing a truly wonderful experience for the many visitors to explore and enjoy. The owners are to be congratulated on presenting superbly kept gardens of all shapes, sizes and content from cottage to court. The raffle prizes were all kindly donated by local businesses and villagers. Over £2,000 was raised for the Llangarron Village Project to convert the north aisle of the church to a new community venue.
