A MOTORIST ended up in a hedge after she was forced to take evasive action on a county road.
The woman was travelling on the A438 between Bartestree and Dormington at 3.15pm yesterday when a car coming in the opposite direction overtook another vehicle.
A collision was only avoided when the woman driver left the road. The police reported that she did suffer serious injuries and a passing RAC man helped out shortly after the accident.
Anyone with information on the overtaking vehicle, which was of a dark colour, is asked to contact PC Sophie Morgan on 08457 444888.
