A former public convenience has been transformed into a new hair and beauty studio.

Revive Unisex Studio has opened its doors on Widemarsh Common in Hereford.

The space now offers barbering, hairdressing, beauty, and aesthetic treatments.

The official opening was attended by Councillor Cat Hornsey, the Mayor of Hereford, who praised the transformation and owner Bonnie’s vision.

Bonnie said: "I've worked so hard to make Revive somewhere people feel genuinely welcome, whoever they are.

"I wanted to create a space that felt right for Hereford: relaxed, inclusive, and something our community could really get behind.

"To have the mayor come down for our official opening means the world.

"We're just getting started, and we can't wait to welcome more of you through the door."

The mayor highlighted the importance of supporting young business owners and making use of empty buildings to benefit the community.

Councillor Hornsey said: "Bonnie is exactly the kind of young entrepreneur Hereford should be championing.

"She has taken a building that had sat empty for years and turned it into something vibrant, welcoming, and locally owned.

"This is what real regeneration looks like: young people with ambition and drive creating jobs and investing in their own city.

"Herefordshire Council is committed to working with local businesses to bring spaces like this back to life, and today is a brilliant example of what that partnership can achieve.

"I have no doubt Revive has a fantastic future ahead of it."
