John Campion has called on the Home Secretary to respond to residents' views.
The West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) has urged a response to public concerns over proposed changes to policing raised during a consultation on a potential police force merger.
More than 3,300 people from Herefordshire, Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, and Worcestershire took part in the PCC’s public consultation, which showed significant concern about the proposals.

The findings were submitted to the Home Secretary in June, but Mr Campion says there has been no response or even an acknowledgement.
Mr Campion said: "More than 3,300 local people took the time to share their views because they care about the future of policing in their communities. They deserve better than being met with silence.
"I don’t expect the summer recess to be an excuse because, if the Government are determined to press ahead with the biggest restructuring of policing in a generation, they should at least have the courtesy to respond to the communities who will live with the consequences."
He has now publicly called for the Home Secretary to respond.
