A Herefordshire business has been handed a two-star hygiene rating after defects were found in the restaurant.
The Garden Restaurant and Takeaway, which is based in Symonds Yat West Leisure Park, was given the rating in April.
When visiting the restaurant and takeaway on April 24, a food hygiene inspector from Herefordshire Council found improvement was necessary.
In the full report, which was gained via a freedom of information request to the council, the inspector noted that pies in the hot cabinet were kept at 47 degrees.
The inspector noted that food, which is to be cooked or reheated and intended to be sold, must be kept at or above 63 degrees.
Although the business had purchased some food labels, they had not started using them, and therefore were unable to demonstrate that food kept in the fridge had not been kept beyond its use-by date.

The inspector gave the restaurant one month to replace wooden flooring that was unsuitable for the kitchen.
The floor surface was formed of painted wooden boards, with the paint having "rubbed off" around the oven area, where there were grooves along the joins of each board, and screws holding them down.
The boards did not meet the skirting in areas, including behind the freezers.
The inspector asserted that the kitchen floor was "not capable of being kept clean".
The chest freezer in the storage room was found to be heavily scratched and in a rusty condition; the other fridges and freezers were "starting to become worn".
It was reported that the business did not have a documented food safety management system in place, and had not completed all of the safe
method sections, and were not completing the daily diary section of the Safe Food Better Business pack.
The business had no procedure in place to ensure that consumers are given accurate allergen information.
Although they had obtained allergen matrix sheets, they had not completed these for the menu.
The business was contacted for comment.
