This is a country pub on the outskirts of Hereford city centre.
It offers homemade food, a large outdoor space, and a cosy snug with a roaring fire.
With space to seat 50 or accommodate 120 people informally, the pub also hosts special events and live music.
One customer said: "Delicious freshly cooked English breakfast this morning after a lovely dog walk at Marilyns Meadow.
"Homemade bread for toast, delicious black pudding, mushrooms, tomatoes, sausages, bacon, beans, and excellent eggs with a cup of tea, outside in the fresh air, sun shining, delightful.
"Dog friendly and friendly staff."
Another said: "Very nice lunch when my husband, myself, and our dog visited. Lovely big beer garden and plenty of parking.
"Inside was very clean. Good food delivered with a smile and reasonable prices would recommend."
The Stables
This pub in Hereford city centre is a horse racing-themed pub and restaurant located in a Grade II listed building.
It features genuine equestrian memorabilia and offers a variety of food sourced from some of the UK's best food and drink producers.
The pub is known for its extensive gin selection and Sunday carvery.
A customer said: "A really nice and unpretentious place to eat, recently refurbed, offering great tasting food at really good prices.
"They offer a delicious carvery on a Sunday for £10, and a great value and fab tasting menu at other times including delicious 2 for 1 options."
Another said: "Really excellent food, good value for money. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. We will be returning."
The Riverside at Aymestrey
This pub is set amidst the Herefordshire countryside and is housed in a 16th-century building.
The pub is known for its locally sourced food and cosy atmosphere.
A customer said: "Beautiful locally sourced food, a real treat whether lunch or dinner.
"Cosy atmosphere in the restaurant or just for a drink in the bar. Friendly and attentive staff. We've been a few times recently and The Riverside is consistently excellent."
Another said: "Stopped after a long dog walk for Sunday lunch. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly even though we arrived earlier than our booking.
"Lunch was unbelievably gorgeous so much so we stopped again on Tuesday with friends and had another sumptuous meal."
The Moody Cow
The Moody Cow in Upton Bishop, Ross-on-Wye, was saved from closure in 2011 and has since become a popular spot for its homemade food and welcoming atmosphere.
The pub prides itself on using local ingredients, often from their own kitchen garden.
A reviewer said: "Had a lunch each here of roasted pepper soup and fillet steak salad. Both absolutely delicious. Staff are wonderful too. So friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again."
Another said: "Lovely little pub, with really friendly attentive staff with nice atmosphere and decor. We stopped for a Sunday roast as we passed through and fortunately had a cancellation table.
"The roast dinners were incredible, really tasty and great combinations, one of our favourites if not our favourite.
"The desserts we had were delicious too. We'll definitely be returning again."
The New Inn
The New Inn in St Owen's Cross is a 16th-century coaching inn known for its commitment to using local produce.
The pub offers a variety of food, including a Good Food Guide award-winning Sunday roast.
A customer said: "We are regular customers to the New Inn but specifically went to savour the Thursday fish & chips.
"Absolutely superb and thoroughly recommend, we will make it a regular treat."
Another said: "What a fabulous lunch today! The garden area is beautiful, staff very friendly and welcoming and the food delicious and very reasonably priced.
