AN ABUSIVE man caused his victim alarm in an incident in Hereford.
Kyrill Cerneckij entered a guilty plea to one count of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in June.
The court heard from prosecutor Camilla Toscano that the 26-year-old had used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour towards a woman in Hereford with intent to cause her harassment, alarm or distress, in an incident on April 23.
This is an offence under section four A of the Public Order Act 1986.

He was represented in court by defence solicitor Marilena Divitantonio of GC Law.
Cerneckij, of Pixley Walk, Hereford, was handed a £120 fine. He must pay £50 in compensation to the victim and £85 in prosecution costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Cerneckij’s guilty plea was taken into account by magistrates when imposing the sentence.
