A BMW driver has been banned and handed a community order after he was caught drink-driving in Hereford.
Tomasz Klimczak pleaded guilty to one count of driving a vehicle while above the alcohol limit.
The court heard that the 46-year-old had been caught out behind the wheel of a black BMW vehicle on the A465 in Hereford on April 23.
He had 105 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35.
Klimczak, of Blakemore Close, Hereford, was banned from driving for 36 months and handed a 12-month community order in which he must complete 100 hours of unpaid work at his sentencing in Hereford on June 26.
