Park, of Ballard Close, Ledbury, appeared at Hereford Magistrates’ Court on June 18, where she was handed a community order.
The community order will mean she has to comply with the instructions of a responsible officer and attend appointments with the officer or someone else nominated by them. She must complete up to 20 days of rehabilitation activities with the probation service.
She was also ordered to pay a fine of £50, prosecution costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114. She was not ordered to pay compensation as it was said this would “inflame the situation”.
