WHY not have real pride and celebrate all of our communities?
The recent mix-up of flying the Pride flag instead of the Union Jack outside the Town Hall during the D-Day commemorations illustrates a bigger question (online: Why was Pride flag flying from Hereford’s Town Hall on D-Day? June 7 and Herefordshire officials 'opted for Pride flag on D-Day without asking').

We are blessed in Herefordshire to have a diverse community but when do we fly the flag for our disabled community, black or Asian community, disabled community, Christian, Muslim, Ukrainian, Polish or other communities?
What we have now is a singular dominance by one group that is very ‘exclusive’ not ‘inclusive’.
