A HOMELESS woman has been in court after stealing cash from a man in Herefordshire.
Tracy Barrett entered guilty pleas to one count of theft from the person of another and one count of obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of their duty.
The court heard from prosecutor Thomas Wickstead that the 49-year-old had stolen £387.57 from a person in Kington between December 13 and December 19 last year.
She also obstructed or resisted a constable in the execution of their duty on December 11, magistrates in Hereford were told at a hearing on June 5.

She was ordered not to contact directly or indirectly the man she stole money from, apart from through solicitors.
A pre-sentence report will be prepared ahead of her sentencing at Hereford Magistrates’ Court next month.
