A THIEF who stole a jacket worth £200 from a Hereford shop has been up before the magistrates.
Hazara Bhakar entered a guilty plea to one count of theft from a shop when he appeared before magistrates in May.
The court heard from prosecutor Camila Toscano that the 61-year-old had stolen a jacket from Hereford’s Commercial Street Sports Direct shop on May 29.
The item he stole had a value of £200 and was a Napapijri jacket.
Napapijri is a premium clothing brand sold in Sports Direct and other high street shops. It originally gained popularity for its travel bags but now sells a range of items.
