A PICTURE-postcard Herefordshire village shop and holiday let annexe is up for sale.
Ye Olde Steppes, in Pembridge, is on the market with agents Cobb Amos for £650,000.
The grade-II listed building in the centre of the village has long served the village in various ways over the years, including as a rectory, Post Office, tea room, and village shop.
Cobb Amos said the main property, on Herefordshire's Black and White Village Trail, offers four reception rooms and four double bedrooms, with the front of the property currently used as a shop and previously as a tea room.

It also offers a characterful annexe, the Old Bakehouse, which offers an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining room, with two en-suite double bedrooms, and is currently used as a holiday let. All of the furniture and furnishings for the Old Bakehouse will be included in the sale, the agents said.
There is also a garden and separate garage with private parking.
The agents said the sale offers potential buyers a "fantastic opportunity" and that it is "truly a property not to be missed".
