WE’VE just had local elections across the country and I’m left wondering if we have inadvertently been brainwashed by our school days, media and TV coverage of our political system.

Our elections come around and it’s like we have only three real options to vote for still given we are now living in the 21st century.

We have more opportunities to vote for other parties yet still it’s always the main three that seem to get most of the attention. I feel that from my teachings in school days to my adult life I and the rest of us have being conditioned to only think about three boxes.

With this year being a general election year I think every party should at least have the same amount of time in all discussions about our future. To have favour for only three parties is so wrong in this day and age. I would love to hear other views about this.
