Investigating officer police constable Adam Stobbart from Leominster SNT said: “Symonds has been a prolific shoplifter in the town which resulted in his CBO.
“His continual disregard for the justice system and persistent behaviour impacting on the community of Leominster continues to frustrate and upset businesses and the public.
“I would like to offer my thanks for the continued resilience and support of people helping the police to support justice and seek to deter this behaviour.”
