WE have a dog poo bin in the middle of the Wilcroft Park housing estate in Bartestree.

Thankfully, Balfour Beatty Living Places collect the bag and replace it most weeks.

The only problem is that it has caused dozens of dog walkers to bring their dogs onto the estate daily to walk their dogs and deposit dog poo into the bin.

Of course, as the dog owners are apparently allowed to take their dogs where they like, the dogs still wee everywhere, including on people’s gardens and on grass used by children to play on.

Personally, I think that there are far too many dogs living on housing estates, often several per small house.

Many inconsiderate owners just leave their animals outside all day barking and disturbing the peace.
