A DRIVER has been fined by magistrates after a string of roads offences.
Wayne Lock pleaded guilty to one count of driving a vehicle on a road or in a public place without due care and attention, driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, failing to stop a vehicle when required by a constable, and using a vehicle on a road or in a public place without third party insurance.
Hereford Magistrates’ Court heard that the 25-year-old had driven an Audi without a licence authorising him to drive that vehicle and without third party insurance in Worcester Road, Leominster, on December 15. He was also driving without due care and attention, and failed to stop when a constable in uniform told him to.

Lock, of the Crest, Edwyn Ralph, was fined £80 for three of the offences, and his driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135.
His guilty plea was taken into account by magistrates when they came to a decision on his sentence.
