A DRUNKEN man has been fined by magistrates for his disorderly behaviour.
Koby McLaughlin pleaded guilty to one count of drunk and disorderly behaviour in a public place before magistrates in Hereford in April.
The court heard from prosecutor Lauren Millichip that the 21-year-old had been drunk and disorderly in Commercial Road in Hereford on February 10.
He was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour in a public place, namely the busy Hereford city centre street Commercial Road.
McLaughlin appeared at Hereford Magistrates’ Court on April 17 but was not represented by a solicitor at the hearing.

McLaughlin, of Chester Close, Hereford, was fined £230 for the offence.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £92 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
He has been told to pay his balance in £200 monthly installments, beginning on May 15.
