A VOLKSWAGEN Golf was seized in Bradford after the owner reportedly failed to insure the new car.
The silver car was stopped for a document check on Neal Street, in Bradford by officers from the Steerside Enforcement Team - West Yorkshire Police's dedicated initiative for tackling anti-social and dangerous driving.
They discovered the owner had not changed the insurance over from their old car.
It was seized, as a result.
The driver was also reported for the offence.
A spokesperson for the Steerside Team said on Saturday evening: "This Golf was stopped for a document check as it was showing as uninsured.
"The owner had not changed the insurance over from their old car when they bought this one.
"The car was seized and the driver reported for the offence."
