A MAN who smashed a car windscreen in Hereford has been ordered to pay over £150.
Joshua Lewis entered a guilty plea to one count of criminal damage when he appeared before Hereford magistrates this month.
A car windscreen had been damaged by 27-year-old Lewis in Hereford on July 12 last year, prosecutor Lauren Millichip told the court.
Lewis, represented at the hearing on April 9 by defence solicitor Andrew Cleal, was identified as the person responsible for the damage, the court heard. He admitted the offence of criminal damage.

He intended to destroy or damage the windscreen, or was reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged, without a lawful excuse.
The exact value of the damage was unknown, but said to be under £5,000.
Lewis, of Conningsby Road, Leominster, was ordered to pay a fine of £120 and prosecution costs of £32.
