AN alley in Worcester will be closed over the weekend due to a large fallen tree blocking the route.
Pedestrians in the St John's area will have to use alternative routes as Meco Alley remains closed.
It's due to a recently fallen tree blocking the footpath, with the Worcestershire County Council Highways team confirming it will remain closed over the weekend.

They said due to the working restrictions in St John's, specialist equipment will be sent out on Monday (April 22) to clear the tree.
Sharing a photo of the fallen tree on X, formerly Twitter, the council's official highways account said in a post: "Meco Alley, St John's, Worcester will remain closed over the weekend due to a fallen tree - due to the working restrictions in the location, specialist equipment will be brought in next Monday to clear the tree".
