THREE people and a dog were in a car when it crashed and flipped onto its side in Herefordshire.
The incident happened near Clehonger on April 14.
Police had been called to the B4349 in response to a crash involving one car. It happened at around 8.45pm.
A woman and two girls were in the car with a large dog.
All of the casualties had got out of the car themselves before the fire service arrived, with the car on its side being stabilised and made safe by fire service personnel.
The woman was assessed by the ambulance service but not injured, and was given self-care and discharged at the scene.

Neither of the girls wished to be assessed.
The fire service said that a large dog was left in the care of police, but the police said that the dog was not seized or left in officers' care.
"Nobody was injured and no arrests were made," a police spokesperson said.
