I WAS born and brought up in Hereford and moved away in 1984 to go to university (I still visit regularly as my parents still live in Tupsley).

A bypass for Hereford was being “discussed” by the council back then, 40 years ago! The council continues to apparently say all the right things but 40 years on we are no further forward.
