A DRINK-driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught out in Hereford, near the hospital.
Hadley Trafford entered a guilty plea to one count of driving while over the alcohol limit when he appeared before magistrates last month. He was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Mr Ogunshakin.
The court heard from the prosecutor Lynda Gudgeon, of the Crown Prosecution Service, that the 25-year-old had been caught out in Hereford’s Union Walk while over the drink-driving limit on December 23 last year.
An evidential breath test revealed he had 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35 mg.

He originally pleaded not guilty when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in February but changed his plea at his hearing in Kidderminster on March 26.
Trafford, of Charlton Lane in Cheltenham, was fined £480 and banned from driving for 20 months for the offence, with magistrates taking his guilty plea into account when imposing the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £250 and a £192 victim surcharge.
