A SHOP in a busy Hereford street has gone up for sale, two years after the previous business left.
The shop, behind the Green Dragon Hotel in Hereford's Aubrey Street, is up for sale with estate agents Sunderland’s, with an asking price of £100,000.
The shop was previously home to Romy-Wrays, a baby wear shop, but this closed its doors in June 2022.
In an announcement on social media, the business cited rising costs and decreased footfall as reasons behind the closure.

The business, which specialised in bespoke baby wear, and sold toys and gifts, offered weekly workshops to design and make baby wear.
Sunderlands said the building has three storeys, with the ground floor, which features a display window, previously used as the main retail space. At the rear of the premises, there is a staircase which leads to a “large open first-floor area”.
An additional staircase leads to the second floor, which is currently used as storage.
Nearby businesses include Ascaris cafe and the popular Burger Shop and The Bookshop, while the area is described by the agents as "very accessible".
The property is available freehold.
