A FUNDRAISING page has been set up to help support a young mother whose partner was tragically killed in a motorcycle crash.

Tomasz Kosiedowski died in hospital following the incident that happened at Hereford's Rotherwas Industrial Estate on March 9.

Writing on a GoFundMe page, Lucy Ozola said that she has been left devastated by the 29-year-old's death and has been left to care for her two-year-old child on her own.

"My partner Tomasz, was the backbone of our family, a loving partner, and a dedicated father," she said.

"After many days, dozens of tests, false hopes and many, many prayers, Tomasz was officially declared “brain dead”.

"His body was being kept alive so that he may donate 6 of his organs and save other people’s lives.

"His sudden departure has not only left a profound emotional void in our lives but also with the daunting financial burdens that come with such an unexpected loss.

"In the wake of his passing, I am faced with the daunting task of arranging his funeral and managing the various financial responsibilities that accompany the loss of a loved one. As a young mother, I never imagined that I would be confronted with such challenges so soon.

In the spirit of honouring the memory of my dear partner, I have set up this GoFundMe campaign to alleviate the financial strain that has befallen me during this devastating time.
