A HEREFORDSHIRE coffee company has marked a special anniversary.

James Gourmet Coffee, in Ross-on-Wye, was set up 25 years ago, with its mission to keep great coffee as affordable as possible.

"Every coffee in our roastery is grown and cared for by someone who matters," said Peter James, a director of the firm which is situated on Chase Industrial Estate in Alton Road.

"Over the years, we have built some great relationships with our key producers and that net still widens.

"We are still a small team. We have no aspiration to become a big business for a whole host of reasons.

"Myself and Anni James still work together running James Gourmet but couldn’t do it without our fantastic team, who are more like a family, than a work crew."
