A HUNT has been launched for a man as police investigate fraud in Herefordshire.

Police are trying to trace a man as they believe he can help with enquiries into fraud.

He has been pictured in a Herefordshire B and Q shop on CCTV.

A spokesperson for Hereford Safer Neighbourhood Team said: "We would like to speak to the man seen in this picture as we believe he can help with enquiries of an investigation. If you can identify him please contact Police Constable Matthew Price by email matthew.price1@westmercia.police.uk or by calling 07929 721344."

Fraud is an offence that involves tricking or scamming people out of money or valuable items. It is a distinct offence from bribery or corruption.

Cases of fraud can be reported to West Mercia Police online or via 101, but the police say that if you are being intimated or threatened and it is an emergency, you should call 999 for urgent support.
