WITH the schools back today (Monday) after the half-term break, the roads have already become more congested.

However, motorists have already felt delays in some parts of the county with various roadworks in place.

  • A49 Wellington Marsh - two-way lights by the end of the dual carriageway due to Welsh Water works (due to finish at 11.59pm tonight (February 19)
  • A4103 Roman Road, Hereford - multi-way signals by A4110 Canon Pyon Road/Three Elms Road junction due to National Grid work taking place (due to finish on March 1)
