AN ATTACKER has been jailed after he was caught inside a home he was banned from visiting in a Herefordshire village.
Kevin Charles Ball admitted one count of breaching a domestic violence protection order when he appeared before magistrates in January.
The court heard from the prosecutor that Ball, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Jo Outhwaite, had been made subject to a domestic violence protection order by magistrates in Kidderminster on January 11.

But, magistrates in Kidderminster were told, the 62-year-old had been caught by police inside an address in Mansell Gamage in Herefordshire in breach of the order on January 30.
Magistrates said the offence was serious as the victim is a vulnerable person, as it was a protective order, as he had not only contacted the victim but also entered a property he was banned from entering, and as there have been previous breaches of domestic violence protection orders and he has a conviction for assaulting the victim.
Ball, of Saint Agnes Close, Moseley, was jailed for two weeks.
