A TEENAGE biker has been banned from the roads after he was caught riding while over the drug limit near his Hereford home.
Jason Prior entered a guilty plea to one count of driving a motor vehicle while over the drug limit when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in January.
The court heard from prosecutor Melanie Winterflood that the 18-year-old had been caught out in Hereford's Hinton Road after riding a Honda YBR 125 motorbike while over drug-driving limit on September 21.

An evidential blood test revealed that Prior had 2.5 microgrammes of controlled class B drug cannabis product delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two microgrammes.
Prior, of Hinton Road, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £150, with magistrates saying that they had taken his guilty plea into account when coming to their decision on the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £60 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
