A VOLVO driver has been ordered to pay hundreds after driving without due care and attention on a busy Hereford road.
Daniel Lang was proven guilty of one count of driving a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road or public place without due care and attention by magistrates in January.
The court heard from the prosecutor that the 41-year-old had been caught out in Hereford's busy A465 Belmont Road after getting behind the wheel of a Volvo on June 9.

He had driven on the busy main road without due care and attention, magistrates in Worcester were told at the hearing.
Lang, of Droitwich Road, Hanbury, was fined £660 and received seven penalty points on his licence for the offence.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £264 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
