SNOW could fall in Herefordshire next week as a cold snap hits the county.

According to weather.com, there could be some of the white stuff from Tuesday evening (January 16) into Wednesday morning (January 17).

There could also be snow next Friday (January 19) and Saturday (January 20).

However, the chances of it sticking look slim, with the likelihood being that it will just be light snow showers.

The Met Office says that a northerly airflow will bring cold artic air to the UK from Sunday (January 14) onwards with showers for some.
