I WISH to thank all concerned in the emergency services for their quick response.
My grandson of 18 months had a febrile seizure on New Year’s Eve. Within five minutes, a passing ambulance with a nonurgent case onboard arrived.
The paramedics calmly assessed the patient and stabilised him. By that time a second ambulance and a first responder had also arrived, and the first ambulance was able to carry their patient to hospital while the second ambulance took my grandson to Hereford County Hospital.

He was met by a team of doctors who fully assessed him and he was allowed home that evening.
Thank you all and a very happy New Year. We are so lucky in this country to have such an outstanding emergency service.
