AN ATTACKER'S sentencing has been delayed for three months after he admitted committing five offences.

Jack Sims entered guilty pleas to three counts of common assault, one count of harassment by breach of a restraining order, and one count of assaulting a person occasioning them actual bodily harm when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in November.

The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 30-year-old had assaulted two men and one woman in Hereford on July 8.

He had also assaulted a further woman, causing her actual bodily harm, and had been in direct contact with another woman, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order, on the same date.

Magistrates deferred his sentencing until March 20, with Sims, of Hylidae Road, Hereford, ordered to carry on paying his court fines, comply with the requirements of the existing suspended sentence order he is subject to, and to carry on supplying clean drug samples in the meantime.
