AN overheated mince pie that was put in a microwave oven caused a house fire in Hereford.
Firefighters were called to Hampton Dene Road shortly after 2.45pm on Saturday (December 9).

The fire was already out when the crew arrived.
The property was ventilated and checked for adequate smoke detectors.
There were no casualties and no other emergency services attended.
