SORRY to bring this up again, but from the last published comments on the subject (nay, problem), of cycling in Hereford’s High Town, nobody seems to have taken this seriously.
What are your thoughts?

My wife and I are in our 70s and recently narrowly avoided what could have been a serious accident. The fool on the bicycle had no regard for anyone else in a crowded situation.
Cycling is a good thing but not in the hands of idiots.
