A DEVELOPMENT site near a Herefordshire castle is up for sale with permission to build two homes.
The site in Kinnersley is on the market with agents Chancellors for offers in excess of £280,000.
Planning permission has been granted for the construction of two homes in the place of former agricultural buildings, which are to be demolished, on the site north of the Old Rectory, according to Herefordshire Council's planning portal.

Chancellors said the site has permission for the construction of a three or four-bedroom barn-style building covering around 1,855 square feet and a two-bedroom barn-style home of around 1,279 square feet.
The two plots can be sold separately or as one, the agents said.
The site is within 200 yards of Kinnersley Castle, a family-owned, grade 2* listed historic house.
The castle as it appears now is largely Elizabethan, but was once one of the Norman castles sited along the Welsh border.
