A HEREFORDSHIRE business has been recognised with three awards at a prestigious event.
Employers and apprentices alike gathered at The Courtyard Theatre to celebrate the hard work, diligence, enthusiasm, and skill shown by Herefordshire-based apprentices at this year’s Herefordshire and Worcestershire Group Training Association Apprenticeship Awards.
The night aims to celebrate the efforts and achievements of Herefordshire apprentices and to encourage others to follow a similar route.
And this year has seen allpay and its staff win three awards at the prestigious event.
allpay Limited offers apprenticeship opportunities across an array of disciplines, with several of its current employees working towards a nationally recognised qualification while gaining support and hands-on experience from industry experts.
Having previously been recognised as Apprentice Employer of the Year in 2020, allpay has continued to highlight the importance of apprenticeships and the role it plays as a part of its strategy to attract and nurture the best talent in Herefordshire and further afield.
Macey Boyle, people and talent administrator at allpay, was awarded Apprentice of the Year, a highly coveted recognition, celebrating exceptional talent, commitment, and dedication in the field of apprenticeship.
This was shortly followed by Jay Furnell, first line service desk technician at allpay, being awarded the Commerce Personal Development award for his apprenticeship which he completed at the Wye Valley Group.
Jimmy Hollingshead, implementation specialist at allpay, also celebrated achieving his Customer Service Level 2.

To top things off, allpay was also awarded the Commerce Apprenticeship Employer of the Year award.
The business said the win is a testament to the fantastic people team at allpay, and all the work they do to make the apprenticeship programme so successful.
“I am immensely proud to see our commitment to apprenticeships being recognised with the Apprenticeship Employer of the Year award,” said Mandy Knott, learning and development manager at allpay Limited.
“This achievement reflects our commitment to providing exceptional learning opportunities and empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. We passionately believe that investing in the growth and development of our employees is key to fostering a culture of continuous learning and driving long-term success.”
